1/ Return and exchange conditions:
Return or exchange period: The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.
Original condition of the product: The product must be in its original unopened and unused condition and must be in its original packaging with all labels and packaging.
2/ How to request an exchange or return:
The customer must contact customer service via email saudidates20@gmail.com or by phone 0567268332 within the specified return or exchange period.
After submitting the request, our team will guide the customer through the necessary steps to deliver the returned or exchanged product.
If the product is damaged or shoddy upon receipt, the shipping costs for the return or exchange will be borne by the site.
3/ Refunds:
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be made via the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase, 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
In case of replacement, the replacement product will be sent to the customer without additional costs.
4/ Exceptions to the return policy:
Products that have been opened or used.
Perishable food products such as dates or materials that may affect their quality after opening.
Products that have been personalized or customized with printing or engraving.
5/ Status of damaged or defective products:
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the defective or damaged product so that the status can be checked and action can be taken.
